Why No Returns?

Most of our items—like grooming tools, toys, lick mats, and feeders—are used directly by pets. To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we cannot take back products that have left our hands, even if they’re unused or unopened.

Received a Wrong or Damaged Item?

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@furrmama.com with your order ID and clear photos. We’ll assess the issue and offer a resolution wherever possible.
